Refund Policy


Exchanges and refunds are available on all items returned in the same condition as they were bought. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase in a resalable condition with proof of purchase. Without this, a refund or exchange will be refused. Items that have been worn, washed, or have labels removed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear, swimming costumes, socks and leotards).

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

Items in the sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If in doubt, please ask a member of staff before purchase.

Items can only be exchanged / refunded in store; please bring return items along with delivery note/receipt for proof of purchase. 

Covid-19/Summer Season:

Items are eligible for return or exchange for up to 2 months after purchase due to the current situation. Proof of purchase is still required and items must be in the original condition. If you buy early as recommended, we will be more than happy to exchange items before students return to school.
